“It’s been almost four years that I have been coming to this market for dahi bhalle and pakodas. I have a food blogger friend Gaurav Wasan. When I was in Delhi, we used to play corporate cricket for a common team. After the matches, we would come here and have paalak chaat. Together, we used to trip over food and that is how I got introduced to this place. I don’t remember the last time I came to Delhi and did not eat here”.

“Delhi ki Ring Road par aapne kabhi Dhaula Kuan se South Extension ki taraf travel kiya hai then you must have crossed Shahi Dahi bhalle Wala of Sarojini Nagar. Wahaan ki bheer ki taraf bhi dhyaan gaya hoga. Kuch saal ho gaye mujhe wahaan khaate hue. Humesha hi accha laga hai. Kaafi baar pack bhi karvaya hai. Though my best way is to get it packed and then araam se gaari mein jaate hue khaao. Thandi Dahi, Soft Bhalle, Karari Papdi, Sauth, Chutney, Masale, Anaar sab milkar ek jaadu teyarr karte hai jo bahut accha lagta hai. “

We then moved on to Shahi Dahi Bhalle. Soft, melt-in-the-mouth dahi bhalle, topped with curd, chutney and a few dry fruits that gave it its “shahi” name. Every bite was a dance of flavours in the mouth. Hence people get drawn to this irresistible dish. “Ekdum Umda”

I don’t usually write warnings in a review, but here it is: do not taste these Dahi Bhalle unless you are prepared to become addicted! They are, without a doubt, the best I have ever had. The texture is divine—soft, spongy bhalle that melt in your mouth, drenched in perfectly sweetened, creamy yogurt, and topped with the most balanced chutneys and spices.
It’s truly a gourmet street food experience.
A huge shout-out to the team for maintaining such exceptional quality. I’m especially impressed that their Dwarka branch is just as delicious! The food taste, quality, and packaging are consistently top-notch across all locations.
If you consider yourself a foodie, you absolutely cannot miss this place. It’s a culinary masterpiece and a true Delhi gem.

Being a food influencer I’m always looking for new dishes to try. I was in Sarojini Nagar and had heard alot about Shahi Dahi bhalle in Ring road market. I was facinated to try the same.
Earlier they used to be in the corner but now they have shifted to Shop no. 8!! The staff here is damm polite and make delicious plate of Shahi Dahi Bhalle as per customer needs.
Well, I asked for a bit spicy one and it was amazing. It had perfect balance of Tamarind and green chutney. On top of that their curd is quite thick and they add dry fruits making it more richer in taste.
Overall, I definitely recommed this place. One full plate costs 70 INR & 40 INR for half plate making it steal the deal. Kudos to the management.
Please note : Someone has acquired their old shop spot and sell the same in their name i.e. Shahi Dahi Bhalle but Don’t fall in trap. The genuine one is shifted to Shop no. 8.
